E-commerce startup Heroes raises $65M to become the leading operator of FBA D2C businesses

Co-founded by Riccardo and Alessio Bruni (our first ever identical twins cofounders!) London-Based Heroes emerges from stealth with a $65M equity and debt round co-led by Fuel Ventures and 360 Capital. Angel investors in the company include Matt Robinson, co-founder of GoCardless and Nested, and Carlos Gonzalez-Cadenas, COO of GoCardless. Inspired by the business mode of U.S. unicorn Thrasio, Heroes aims at becoming the largest operator of FBA (Fulfilled-by-Amazon) brands.

The Amazon marketplace ecosystem has led to the emergence of fast growing, low-scale brands, with the potential to become multi-million businesses given the right tools and execution.
