Launched in August 2024, the fund 360 Digitaly invests in early stage startups and scale-ups in the Digital sector. The closed-end venture capital fund is managed by 360 Capital Partners SAS (“360 Capital”), also leveraging resources from the Digital Transition Fund (DTF) managed by CDP VC.

Launched in December 2024, the fund 360 Life II - Italian Sub-fund invests in early stage startups and scale-ups in the Climate-Tech sector. The closed-end venture capital fund is managed by 360 Capital Partners SAS (“360 Capital”), also leveraging resources of Green Transition Fund (GTF) managed by CDP VC.

The Digital Transition Fund (DTF) and the Green Transition Fund (GTF) are integral components of NextGenerationEU, implemented in Italy through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), aiming to reinforce the sustainable growth and competitiveness of innovative start-ups and SMEs in the fields of digital and green transition. The funds were established in 2022 as part of Mission 4, Component 2, Investment 3.2 for the DTF and PNRR Mission 2, Component 2, Investment 5.4 for the GTF, with the objective of stimulating private investment, improving access to finance and developing the Italian venture capital market.

Lanciato nell’agosto 2024, il fondo 360 Digitaly investe in startup e scale-up in fase iniziale nel settore Digital. Il fondo di venture capital chiuso è gestito da 360 Capital Partners SAS (“360 Capital”), avvalendosi anche delle risorse del Digital Transition Fund (DTF) gestito da CDP VC.

Il Digital Transition Fund (DTF) e il Green Transition Fund (GTF) rientrano nella programmazione del NextGenerationEU, attuato in Italia attraverso il Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR), con l’obiettivo di rafforzare la crescita sostenibile e la competitività delle start-up e delle PMI innovative nei settori della transizione digitale e verde. I fondi sono stati istituiti nel 2022 nell’ambito della Missione 4, Componente 2, Investimento 3.2 per il DTF e della Missione 2, Componente 2, Investimento 5.4 del PNRR per il GTF, con l’obiettivo di stimolare gli investimenti privati, migliorare l’accesso ai finanziamenti e sviluppare il mercato italiano del capitale di rischio.
